Seen one of our products cheaper elsewhere? Use the Price Match button on the product page and we will do our best to match it. Although we can match the vast majority of prices, some exceptions apply:
- The competitor must be a UK-based retailer selling the identical product (same brand, model and specification), brand new and in stock at the time of the request.
- The competitor's price must include VAT and any delivery charges, and be publicly available to everyone, not a members-only, clearance, auction, marketplace, refurbished, used or grey-import price.
- Price matches cannot be combined with discount codes, VIP pricing, trade pricing or any other offer.
- We may decline a request where matching would mean selling below cost, or where the competitor's price is an obvious error.
- Requests are checked by a member of the team and matched prices are confirmed by email. A matched price is valid for 7 days from that confirmation.
