Manufactured from high-quality Alloy 260 brass with a quarter to half-hard temper, this material combines excellent tensile strength with superior corrosion resistance. The solid structure can be easily cut using a fine-tooth saw or side-cutters, turned on a miniature lathe, soldered using soft-solder techniques, and bonded to timber, plastic, or metal using epoxy resins or cyanoacrylate adhesives. The natural metallic surface polishes easily to a high lustre and acts as an ideal base for specialty metal primers or patinas.
