Using the cross-country CC-02 chassis, the vehicle pictured in this R/C building kit replicates the first-generation Ford Bronco. Thanks to the custom fabrication teams of the time, the first-generation Ford Bronco was a very compact and incredibly capable off-road vehicle that took part in multiple races. The Baja Bronco edition was offered for sale from 1971 to 1975 as a way to honour the vehicle's triumphs in major Baja races, including the 1500 and 500. The Baja version included stronger parts like the suspension along with a white and red body with a black hood and blue roof. Even now, there is a lot of popularity for this unique Bronco!

The Off Road CC-02 Chassis.
Inspired by full-size vehicles, the CC-02 chassis' ladder frame is built for improved durability in a variety of off-road scenarios, including rugged terrain. In a 4WD arrangement, the motor is positioned longitudinally behind the front axle, with the gearbox and transfer case located apart, and the power is transferred to the front and rear differential gears via propeller shafts. Front and rear four-link rigid suspension are used, together with CVA oil dampers for comprehensive control—even on difficult rock sections. Spoke wheels and semi-pneumatic rubber tyres are included with this model.
