Here is another R/C kit with the MB-01 chassis – this time, long wheelbase and front motor / front-wheel drive (FF). The FF drivetrain Golf is one of Volkswagen’s most iconic cars. From its first appearance in 1974, the Volkswagen Golf has continued to develop and lead the worldwide compact car class. In 1986, the Golf II GTI 16V was added to the second-generation model Golf II lineup which had made its debut in 1983. With a 1,781cc inline-4 DOHC 16-valve engine, a tuned car took part in global rally races, in 1986 becoming class champion.
• This is a 1/10 scale R/C model assembly kit. Length: 383mm, width: 170mm, height: 138mm. Wheelbase: 239mm (Long).
• Based upon Item 58714 (1/10 R/C Volkswagen Golf II GTI 16V Rally (MF-01X)), the form of the Volkswagen Golf II GTI 16V is authentically recreated in lightweight polycarbonate.
• Separate plastic parts moulded in black realistically depict side mirrors and bumpers.
• Separate transparent parts capture headlights and taillights.
• Porous dish wheels are paired with radial tyres.
• Required to complete: 2-channel radio, servo, ESC, 7.2 volt battery & compatible battery charger
