Tamiya 1/24 Taisan Porsche 911 GT2
The Porsche 911 stable has gained unmatched respect since making its debut in 1964, both in street use and competitively. A race-ready version called "GT2" was created for GT racing competitions throughout the globe.
Aerodynamic refinement has been applied to the classic 911 appearance, without sacrificing the series' distinctive character. The 911 series is distinguished by its rear-mounted, horizontally opposed, water-cooled six-cylinder engine. With the addition of twin turbochargers, this 3.6-liter engine produces an incredible 400 horsepower or more. This excess of power is neatly transferred to the rear wheels by the six-speed gearbox. The precise geometry of the rear multi-link suspension system and front MacPherson strut provides the best control possible when running at high speeds.
