1. Applicability of These Terms and Conditions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases made on our website. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them each time you use the Website.

1.2 When using our Website, we may collect certain information about you and your visit. Details on how we handle your data can be found in our Cookies and Data Protection policies. These policies, together with these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Voltage Models ("Contract").

2. About This Website

2.1 The content on this Website is provided in English, and all communications will be conducted in English. The Website operates under English law. If you are accessing the Website from a location where we do not frequently sell our products, we are not responsible for compliance with local advertising or other regulations.

2.2 Our contact details are available on the Website. For any inquiries, you may reach us via the provided email address or phone number.

2.3 We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our Website. However, occasional errors may occur, or manufacturer specifications may change. While we aim to ensure product images are accurate, variations in color and product contents may exist. All images are for illustrative purposes only. If you purchase a product based on incorrect information, we will typically offer a refund.

3. Agreement for the Sale of Goods

3.1 The Website showcases available products along with relevant details. By listing a product, we invite you to place an order, but this does not constitute a binding offer. A Contract between us is only formed once we accept your order.

3.2 You may include multiple items in a single order, subject to any restrictions we specify. Each order you place represents a separate Contract between us.

3.3 Any additional terms or conditions you propose will not be valid unless confirmed in writing by us. Any modifications to the Contract must be agreed upon in writing by Voltage Models.

4. The Ordering Process

The steps below outline how an order is placed and how the Contract for the sale of Goods is formed.

Step 1 - Selecting Products

Browse and choose the desired Goods by clicking "Add to Basket." Please review the full product description and check if additional items are required for proper functionality.

Step 2 - Reviewing Your Basket

View and modify your selected items in "Your Basket." You may also enter valid promotional codes or gift vouchers to update the total. Delivery options will be displayed on this page.


Step 3 - Checkout and Customer Registration

Proceed to checkout by clicking "Go To Checkout" or "Checkout with PayPal." You will be required to agree to these Terms before proceeding.

If selecting "Go To Checkout," you will be prompted to log in or register. New customers must provide billing and contact details and create a password. Returning customers can log in using their email and password. If checking out with PayPal, we will use the details provided by PayPal for registration, unless a prior registration exists.

Step 4 - Order Summary and Payment

Review your order details carefully and make any necessary changes. Choose a payment method and enter the required information accurately. Orders paid via PayPal will be charged immediately, whereas card payments will be processed upon dispatch.


Step 5 - Order Confirmation

Once payment is authorized, a confirmation screen will appear, and you will receive an order acknowledgment email with details of your purchase. Retain this email for your records.


5. Orders We May Decline

5.1 We reserve the right to refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Incomplete or unauthorized payment;

- Product or pricing errors on the Website;

- Failure to meet purchase eligibility criteria;

- Incomplete submission of required order details;

- Product unavailability or stock issues.

5.2 We may contact you via phone or email to verify order details before processing. This may occur for high-value transactions or when a different delivery address is requested for card payments.

5.3 The products offered on this Website are for private use only. Bulk purchases for resale or commercial purposes are prohibited. We may impose limits on the total value of items in an order.


These Terms ensure clarity and fairness in our transactions. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.

6. Price and Payment

6.1 Prices and delivery charges displayed on the Website at the time of placing an order are final. Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling by default. While prices may be displayed in other currencies, all transactions are processed in pounds sterling. Customers should verify exchange rates with their payment provider before completing their purchase. Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.

6.2 We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. If there is a discrepancy between the price at the time of order placement and when we accept the order, we will notify you via email or phone. You will have the option to proceed or cancel. If payment has already been made and you choose to cancel, a full refund will be issued.

6.3 Promotions and special offers on the Website are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Additional terms may apply, which will be detailed on the relevant promotional pages.

6.4 Payment must be received in full before any goods are dispatched.

6.5 We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfers, and major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. You must be the named cardholder to use a payment card. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All payments are subject to validation checks, security measures, and authorization by the card issuer. If a payment is declined by the issuer, we will not process the order and will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery.

6.6 If an item is out of stock at the time of order placement, it will be placed on backorder and dispatched as soon as it becomes available. If the item is no longer available, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued if required. If stock is insufficient to fulfill your order, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the order date. We do not offer compensation for items that are unavailable.

6.7 We strive to ensure all prices on our Website are accurate; however, errors may occur. If an obvious pricing error is identified after you place an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

6.8 For pre-release items, prices may be subject to change between the time of order placement and the item's dispatch date. If a price increase occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible, and you may choose to proceed with the revised price or cancel your order. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be provided if payment has been made. If the price decreases by the release date, your order will automatically reflect the lower price.

 7. Returns Policy

If you happen to change your mind.

This section (7) applies if you decide to exercise your right to change your mind. For issues related to defects or other problems, please refer to clauses 7.16 to 7.23.

7.1 You have the right to cancel your order anytime within a 14-day cancellation period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, this period extends to 30 days. The countdown begins the day after you (or someone you designate) receives the items. This is known as the "cooling off period."

To initiate a cancellation, you can inform us in writing. You may also reach out to us via post or email, or you can simply return the goods during the cancellation period. Our contact details are:

7.2 To meet the cancellation deadline, simply inform us of your intention to cancel before the cooling-off period expires.

7.3 Please ensure the goods are kept in a re-saleable condition (unused, unblemished, and in their original packaging). You need to send the items back or hand them over to us without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you inform us of your cancellation. You’ll meet the deadline if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period ends. Including a copy of your receipt with the return is appreciated. Providing a reason for the return is helpful but not mandatory.

7.4 If you exercise your cancellation rights, we will process your reimbursement without delay, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or 14 days after you provide evidence of their return, whichever comes first.

7.5 Refunds will typically be issued using the same payment method you used for the order, although an alternative method can be agreed upon. You won’t incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of return, whichever is sooner.

7.6 You will receive a full refund for the cost of the goods and any delivery charges paid when the order was placed. However, if you opted for an enhanced delivery service, we won’t reimburse those additional shipping costs.

7.7 If you ordered multiple items and only wish to return some, you may not be eligible for a refund on the delivery charges.

7.8The right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or specially made-to-order items.

7.9 You are responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us.

7.10 If you do not return the goods, we may arrange for the collection and deduct our direct costs from your refund. This will not affect your rights if the goods are faulty.

7.11 You should take good care of the items while they are in your possession. If the value of the items decreases due to improper handling before you exercise your right to cancel, we may withhold reimbursement equivalent to that decrease.

7.12 You are still entitled to inspect the goods properly, similar to how you would in a store.

7.13 You remain responsible for the goods until we receive them back, so please package and insure them properly.

7.14 Avoid attaching postage labels or similar directly to the items’ packaging. Wrap the goods before attaching any labels.

7.15 We are not obligated to accept returns after the cooling-off period, but if we do, it will be at our discretion and may involve a restocking fee of up to 40% of the order value, This is at our discretion.  This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of faulty goods.


Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods


7.16 Most goods come with a manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects, but not damage from crashes, abuse, water ingress, or general wear and tear. Please review the warranty terms included with your purchase. Contact us first; we often resolve issues via phone or email. If a defect is found, cease further use of the goods.

7.17 Inspect the products upon receipt for defects or damage. If items delivered by courier show visible damage, please sign for them as damaged or refuse delivery.

7.18 If goods are damaged in transit and we are not notified as per Clause 7.10, please contact us promptly. Return the damaged goods in the original packaging and ensure they haven’t been used or fitted.

7.19 If we send an incorrect item, we will arrange for an exchange and cover the cost of returning the item. For larger or more valuable items, please contact us first for arrangements.

7.20 Report non-delivery of an order as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can investigate. Dispatch confirmation is sent via email. Replacement items will be sent at our discretion after all investigations.

7.21 Refunds for faulty goods will include delivery charges. If no defect is found, your cancellation rights will follow the guidelines outlined in Clauses 7.1 to 7.14, without affecting your statutory rights.

7.22 Take care of the goods in your possession. If they suffer damage due to your handling and you wish to return them, we reserve the right to withhold an amount from your reimbursement.

7.23 When returning goods for any reason, please include proof of posting with your return.

8. Our Liability

8.1 Nothing in this contract or elsewhere will exclude or limit our responsibility for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for any fraudulent misrepresentation or fraud. We are also liable for anything concerning consumer protection rights or any other issues that cannot be legally excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8.2 In the event that we are found liable for a breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal obligation related to the goods, our total liability will be limited to the purchase price you paid for the specific goods in question, along with any reasonable losses that are foreseeable as a direct result of our breach of the contract.

8.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we will not be responsible for any indirect or special losses that arise as a result of any main loss or damage, or for any issues that could not reasonably have been anticipated by either party. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

8.3.1 Loss of money, profit, income, or revenue;  

8.3.2 Loss of savings;  

8.3.3 Wasted expenses;  

8.3.4 Loss of use of funds;  

8.3.5 Wasted time costs;  

8.3.6 Lost opportunities;  

8.3.7 Compensation for disappointment or inconvenience.

8.4 It is crucial that you follow all instructions for using the goods and read any warnings or additional product information provided with them, including details concerning spare parts and ancillary items like batteries or motors. Please familiarize yourself with all such information before using the goods. We will not be liable in any way for failures related to improper following of instructions or for any incorrect use of the goods. You should ensure that the items are appropriate for the activities you intend to use them for.

9. Delivery

9.1 We strive to deliver goods within the estimated timeframes provided on our website. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as unforeseen circumstances may arise beyond our control. Consequently, we will not be held responsible for deliveries that occur outside the indicated timeframes or for any resulting consequences of delays. We commit to delivering goods without unnecessary delay, generally within 30 days from the date of your order, unless an item is out of stock or scheduled for future release (see below). If we cannot deliver within the expected timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you and provide an updated delivery schedule.

9.2 If you purchase multiple items, we cannot guarantee that all goods will arrive in a single shipment; deliveries may be made in multiple installments.

9.3 Ownership of the goods transfers to you only after we have received full payment, including any delivery charges. The risk associated with the goods transfers to you upon delivery, so you should take reasonable care of them.

9.4 The goods will be delivered to the address you provided during the order process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is valid. The delivery method may vary based on the nature and quantity of the goods, and we will choose the most suitable method for delivery.

9.5 We will share your delivery information, including your personal details, with our third-party couriers. By providing this information, you expressly consent to its use for these purposes.

9.6 For mainland UK destinations, Our delivery is typically next-day service, though this is not guaranteed. We ask customers specifically requiring this service to place their order by 3:00 PM to avoid disappointment. 

10. Pre-Owned and Ex-Display Items

10.1 We regularly offer pre-owned and ex-display models and equipment. Pre-owned items are second-hand products that have been used. Each item undergoes thorough inspection and testing by our service department before being listed on our website.

10.2 Every item comes with a unique description detailing its condition, specifications, and noteworthy features such as upgrades or enhancements, along with a gallery of images showcasing the actual item where applicable.

10.3 While we are unable to provide a full warranty on pre-owned models, we ensure that each item is in good working order before sale and comes with a one-month limited warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10.4 Ex-display items are products that have been unboxed and showcased in our showroom. These items have not been used and include the full standard manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

11. General

11.1 We will not be liable for any failure to sell you the goods you wish to purchase, nor for any inability to meet our obligations, or for any costs or liabilities you incur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, events such as floods, fires, trade disputes, or shortages of materials or services from third parties.

11.2 The contract between us is binding and our obligations are owed solely to you, our named customer. We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under the contract or engage third parties to assist us at any time, provided that this does not diminish our obligations to you.

11.3 If any provision of this contract is deemed void by a court or other competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue to be enforceable.

11.4 If either party fails to exercise any rights available to them at any time, this will not affect the ability to enforce those rights at a later date. Choosing not to exercise one right does not impact any other rights either party may have.

11.5 This contract is governed by English law, and both parties agree that any disputes arising from or related to it will be addressed in the English courts. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, including Scotland or Northern Ireland, this does not affect your rights to pursue a claim in your local courts or any statutory protections you may have.

11.6 Changes to this contract will not be binding unless agreed upon in writing. If you have placed an order that we have accepted, the contract will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of your order.

11.7 Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude or limit rights available under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited. As such, these terms do not alter any legal rights that you are entitled to which the law does not permit us to change or restrict.

11.8 A person who is not a party to this contract does not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms of the contract, meaning that only we and you possess rights under it. This provision does not impact any other rights or remedies available to individuals outside of that Act.

11.9 This contract constitutes the entire agreement between us, and no other statements or terms, whether written or verbal, are included to the fullest extent permitted by law.
