The Velineon 3s power system transforms 11.1 volts of LiPo power into brutal acceleration and 50+ mph speed, straight out of the box with no gearing changes required. The VX3 speed control is feature-packed and straightforward to use with EZ-Set one-button programming. The V3300 motor is designed for efficiency, with internal fan cooling.

The 4-Tec 2.0 is fitted with a new metal-gear servo designed to match the chassis's quick reflexes and agile handling. The all-metal gear train provides superior strength and durability, while an integrated servo saver enhances steering precision and protects the servo from impacts.

The TQi Sport transmitter packs the range and performance of the TQi into a compact, ergonomic design for comfort and portability. A removable grip adapter accommodates smaller hands, and simple one-button programming is included for ease of use. The high-output 2.4 GHz signal is class-leading, delivering outstanding range and glitch-free performance.

The highly efficient shaft-driven all-wheel drive system sends power directly to the steel driveshaft for instantaneous throttle response. Sealed front and rear differentials transfer the brushless motor's torque to the wheels through one-piece steel driveshafts. The driveshafts fit inside extended drive cups for maximum articulation and durability.

The 4-Tec 2.0 offers an adjustable wheelbase that can be lengthened or shortened for the perfect body fit. With slight modification, the rear suspension arms can be moved 3 mm in either direction, making it straightforward to tailor the chassis to a chosen body.

The 4-Tec 2.0's adjustable body mounts make it straightforward to fit popular 200 mm bodies. Body posts shift forward, backward, and side to side, accommodating most pre-drilled mounting holes so the chassis can accept a wide variety of body styles without specialist modifications.

A sleek, purpose-designed moulded wire retainer keeps motor wires secured and safely out of the way. Traxxas engineers chose this over a basic wire clip to suit the 4-Tec 2.0's high-tech chassis aesthetic, keeping the build tidy and the wiring properly routed.

The innovative fixed gear positioning system on the 4-Tec 2.0 makes it easy to set gear mesh precisely. A convenient chart in the user manual guides you to the correct motor mounting plate locations based on your chosen spur and pinion gears, simplifying the setup process.

Optimised for 3-cell LiPo power, the V3300 motor uses ultra-high temperature sintered Neodymium magnets for massive torque and linear power delivery. Its low-maintenance design incorporates high-speed ball bearings and an internal cooling fan, keeping the motor running at consistent high-power output across repeated runs.

The completely smooth undertray cuts through the air with reduced aerodynamic drag and resists snags on uneven pavement and expansion joints. The angled front bumper keeps the chassis stance low, while still allowing it to pass over bumps and up driveways.

The fully waterproof VX3 ESC handles 11.1 volts of LiPo power and delivers 50+ mph performance, programmed in moments using EZ-Set one-button setup. Conventional servo savers earned a reputation for sloppy steering in on-road cars, so the 4-Tec 2.0 incorporates the servo saver directly into the horn for precise, responsive handling in all situations. The 4-Tec 2.0 uses pro-quality, high-grade, metric hex-drive hardware throughout for extra strength and easy maintenance and repair. A black-oxide, rust-resistant finish gives every fastener a high-tech look and feel.

The 4-Tec 2.0 chassis keeps weight positioned as low as possible for a crisp, responsive feel. Three interlocking modules provide rigidity and tight tolerances, making the chassis stiffer and more responsive. The modular construction is also straightforward to disassemble.

The 4-Tec's street tyres feature a long-wearing rubber compound and wide tread blocks for maximum grip on the road. Black chrome wheels complete the look with lug nut details for extra scale authenticity.

The 4-Tec 2.0's high-performance suspension features bosses moulded into the arms to adjust droop, which is the amount of downward travel on the wheels. Droop adjustment allows the 4-Tec 2.0 to be tuned for better stability in the corners.

The 4-Tec 2.0 rides on oil-filled Ultra Shocks with X-ring technology for a perfect seal and silky-smooth performance. Fully tunable with a wide range of oils, springs, and pistons, they also feature pressure bladders for air/oil separation and spring clips to precisely adjust ride height and spring pre-load.

Bold red brake calipers highlight the Nissan's performance credentials alongside replica brake discs. The calipers can be switched between leading and trailing orientations to give the model that fully authentic look.

The 4-Tec 2.0 uses one-piece steel driveshafts to save weight and send power directly to the wheels, supporting lightning-quick response. Extended drive cups are designed for maximum articulation and built for durability.

The 4-Tec 2.0 distributes power to all four wheels through a one-piece steel centre driveshaft, with no dogbones to wear and no drive cups to wobble. A centre support bearing keeps the shaft running straight and true at the high RPM of the Velineon brushless power system.

The 4-Tec 2.0 features the same sealed, bevelled-gear differential front and rear as the Slash 4X4. Performance can be tuned by varying the viscosity of the differential fluid inside each unit.

Rubber-sealed ball bearings offer super low-friction performance and maximum protection in dusty environments. Virtually maintenance-free, these bearings are installed at every exposed location on the 4-Tec 2.0 chassis, requiring minimal routine attention from the driver.
