Tamiya Buggyra Fat Fox (Freightliner) - TT-01E

This model is an exact replica of the Buggyra Racing Fat Fox that 2017 champion Adam Lacko drove during the 2018 European truck racing season. The lightweight and sturdy polycarbonate set that makes up the realistic body comes in three pieces, while the side mirrors, coupler, and rear bumper are all individually moulded plastic. A well-proven chassis, the TT-01 Type-E is equipped with tyres and wheels specifically designed for semi-trucks.

For optimal balance and a lower centre of gravity, the motor and battery of the upgraded shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E are located near to the ground in the bathtub frame. A three-piece tie rod that facilitates smoother steering action and an upper deck and gear covers made of nylon reinforced with fibreglass are mounted on the bathtub frame to increase rigidity. Excellent operating ability is produced by the low centre of gravity, well-balanced design, 4-wheel double wishbone suspension system, and front and rear differential gears. Wheels designed specifically for this type are matched with radial tyres measuring 70mm in diameter; the high sidewalls provide forgiving turns.
