Great store. Very helpful and friendly staff. After ordering my item online (best price in the Uk) I took the 1 hour drive with a friend to collect. Very impressed with the feel and atmosphere and to see families enjoying Rc Crawlers together was good to see. Somehow ended up buying another Rc while I was there too 😅. Support local (ish lol) 👍

Placed an order for a Scania R620 Highline (Tamiya model) on the evening of 31st of Dec. My item was delivered on the 3rd of January very well packaged in great condition, I am blown away how quickly this was picked , packed and sent out especially given it was over the new year bank holiday period. The price was an absolute bargain I felt slightly guilty by how much of a discount I was getting this kit for. Voltage models have a great selection of kits an accessories, I can't wait until I place my next order, I highly recommend this company.

Was interested in buying a large scale rc car. Popped into the warehouse in Chichester and had a chat with a person there about what’s available. I went back on Black Friday and despite being really busy the staff were very good in helping me and I purchased an xmaxx. Looking around online their prices were much cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I live about 5 mins away from another model shop but their customer service is questionable and I no longer use them. It’s good to have a decent model shop with decent staff and customer service and it’s not to far away to travel to. I will be checking out crawler world soon as I was also given a complementary session.

This was my first time visiting not just this shop, but any RC shop - I was amazed by how helpful the staff were, very polite and patient and keen to help with any questions. There's an amazing course upstairs on the mezzanine for trying out the shop's or your own car - great fun! I bought a 1:18 scale Traxxas car and a spare battery and received a complimentary session on the indoor course which was a nice surprise. The car was also on sale and was the cheapest I could find online so was worth the 30 drive to get to. Will definitely return, 10/10!

Ordered a model at a very good price, there was a mix up regarding the delivery, however Voltage went above and beyond to rectify the problem, good company to do business with, will definitely use again! 👍🏽

I took my son here, he's 10 and massively into his RC Crawler's at present, we took his own 1/18 with us which was brilliant fun, we also hired a 1/10 scale. The 'track' set up is brilliant, really well thought about, staff have been super helpful, even supplied some spare parts when I broke a steering servo on the 1/18. Not too busy either, they seem to be managing the amount of users well. The sales side looks great to, literally 40 year old kid in a sweet shop type place...
