The VORTEKS 4X2 BOOST 550 MEGA Brushed 2WD stadium truck can still achieve 30+ mph in ideal circumstances with optional gears even without those improvements. It boasts a robust composite chassis with retained hinge pin plates, more stone-clearing steering, a castellated slipper pad, sliding gear mesh, and rubber-shielded bearings all around for all-terrain durability. It is designed so that the VORTEKS 4X2 BOOST will outlast other entry-level bashers.

It still boasts the clever modular chassis design that ARRMA engineers refined for simple component access. Routine vehicle maintenance is made quick and easy by easily detachable modules for the power system, electronics, and differential parts.

The tried-and-true coil-over construction of the self-bleeding, oil-filled shocks with silicone O-rings allows for simple maintenance and exceptional handling. Integrated dirt shields on the spring perches help to maintain the smooth operation of the shocks. The quantity of dirt and debris that can enter the chassis tub is restricted by high chassis guards. The front and rear bumpers are kept affixed to the chassis by shock-absorbing loops, which provide protection from strong hits. Included are roof skids for body protection and an injection-molded rear wing.

The Spektrum SLT2 transmitter and the SLT 2-in-1 40A ESC and receiver are included with the VORTEKS 4X2 BOOST 550 MEGA Brushed 2WD stadium truck.
