This is an update to a well-liked 2WD buggy model that, in the late 1980s, was the well-known Hotshot's stablemate. Its sleek, full-size racing buggy-like polycarbonate body and original model-inspired markings evoke memories of that vehicle. For superior off-road performance, front ribbed and rear oval block tyres are mounted on jazzy gold metal-plated wheels. A driver figure to install in the cockpit is included with the model.
The 4-wheel independent double suspension and extremely dust-resistant monocoque frame of this vintage model have been preserved, and it has also undergone updates to better suit the current R/C environment. Additions include dog-bone-style drive shafts and a stabiliser to help counteract roll. Eight ball bearings total are now standard on sealed gearboxes and rear uprights, resulting in even more efficient power transfer.
